Create an account for your health products benefit online access if you do not currently have an account. Without an account you cannot lace orders or view products online. All users must currently be enrolled in a qualifying health plan to use first-line medical and healthproductsbenefit.

Create An Account

To get the most from your account you must first have one. Simply click the create account button to get started. This button is located on the right-hand side of the screen it is dark black and highlights to blue when you hover over it.

At any point during the application process if you need help, there is a help tab located on the lower right-hand corner of the screen. Click this blue box that will open the customer service representative phone number or allow you to reach a representative through an open chat.

Enter your first name and last name as they occur on your birth certificate. Do not include a suffix because your information must appear exactly the same as it does on your health plan number card. The full information required includes the following:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • State
  • Date of Birth (Month, Day, Year)
  • Member ID

You may leave feedback for the admin operators of health products in order to better serve you the next time you visit the site. There is a three-part quick survey under the feedback section located in the lower right-hand corner of the account registration page. These questions include the following:

  1. On a scale of 1 to 10, how likely are you to recommend the health products service to others?
    There is also a box located beneath this question allows you to elaborate on your reason for the rating that you give.
  2. Describing your complete experience how satisfied are you with your visit to the website?
  3. What is your primary reason for visiting health products benefit today?

You are given a list of answers that you can choose from:

  • Place an Order
  • Track the Status of an Order
  • Review Product Options
  • Update My Account Information
  • Check Credit Balance

Or you can select other and give your own reason, there is a box left open for you to elaborate in.
